1. Our services are limited to candidates with regulatory and quality system experience in the medical device, biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries.

2. Candidates enrolling in the prequalification service offered by Horizon Phoenix agree to permit Horizon Phoenix Group Limited including its partners and associates to:

a. Verify the contents of your resume.
b. Contact your references to discuss your suitability for available career opportunities.
c. Candidates must keep Horizon Phoenix apprised of changes to their resume. In the event the change significantly alters your employability Horizon Phoenix may require a new prequalified process. Changes which are the result of our initial qualification service or are the result of our mentoring service do not require a new prequalifying process.

3. Following the completion of the steps outlined in 2 above, Horizon Phoenix shall contact the candidate to discuss their findings and to offer suggestions that may enhance your desirability to employers. Candidates alone make decisions with regard to any suggestion made by Horizon Phoenix or its partners/associates with regard to resume content, cover letter content and recommended career enhancements.

4. Candidates acknowledge there are no guarantees that they will find the job they seek through this service. Candidates further acknowledge Horizon Phoenix’s services are limited to referring resumes of qualified candidates to potential employers for the employer’s consideration. Employers make any and all decisions relating to selection for interviews and/or job offers.

5. Preference in referrals is given those candidates who, in the opinion of the Horizon Phoenix Group, are the most highly qualified without any regard to race, color, creed, national origin, religion or any other factor other than the candidate’s ability to fulfill the requirements of the position. Our opinion is based on each candidate’s strengths, experience and expertise as verified by diligent review.

6. Services are provided in English only.

7. Resumes remain on file for six months.

8. All fees are in US funds.

9. There are no refunds.
