How are candidates prequalified?

Quality and regulatory compliance is our forte. Medical devices, biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries are the only areas we deal in and we have more than 400 years of combined experience.

We will verify a candidate’s resume, check at least three references and will pyramid reference checks where necessary. When we are satisfied that their credentials are genuine, we will conduct a telephone interview with the candidate to discuss the specifics of their experience in such key areas as quality assurance, quality control, USFDA QSR, USFDA QSIT, CE Marking, regulatory applications, ISO Quality Systems and similar key elements. If a candidate satisfies us that they can excel in a quality or regulatory position, then and only then will they be referred to potential employers.

How long will I have to wait to before you start work on filling my position?

Generally within 24 hours of receipt, however, we will forward the most qualified candidates we have file immediately for your review.

Will my current employees know about my job submission?
